“Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Always accommodated to our needs to the best of their ability. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink, which tasted incredible! Very nice gesture on their part. They also carried our luggage to our rooms. We needed outlet converters, they provided those to us free of charge, this was extremely helpful. The free shuttle was also convenient. The rooms were up to par and very nice. They were equipped with everything we needed. They also put roses in my bath tub which was awesome as well :)”
