“Grat property and ambience.. lobed the wooden concept of the whole hotel, made me remind of kashmir homes.. amazimg service amzimg staff.. “Very clean, nice, new hotel. The staff was helpful and they spoke average english. Airport shuttle really arrived, some days before I received email with affirmation. The driver waited us with written name when we came and it was included in the price. They also provided us early breakfast. In the room there were slippers, towels, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner, even toothbrushes... Tea and bottles of water at the reception were for free.”

“The room was extremely spaceous and quiet. Very generously spaced bathroom. There are water dispensers on every floor. The staff, particularly Togzhan, Gaukhar and Botakos, were super helpful and friendly and would answer any question. Airport shuttle in the middle of the night - great! Adjacent restaurant offers excellent food in great variety and the menu in English. Shopping, supermarket, more restaurants (so-called 'Cafe'), banks and post office all within 300 m walking distance.”

The whole facility is not the newest but very clean and very well looked after. The pool is great like the restaurant is which is beside the hotel. The free shuttle to the airport was great and also at 2:00 in the morning available.”
