“Everything was good. The reception were kind and tried there best to help you. I send them an email one day before my arrival where i asked them if it was alright to check in earlier. Which they answered that it was alright. The beds where soft and warm. The bathroom clean and nice. Breakfeast: big tums up. Specially because they had do-your-owne-freshly-made-waffels. With hjortron(!) The hotel is right next to the turist information where you can book you tours. That also makes it easier for the taxi or the tour personal to pick you up.”

“Modern hotel with all facilities, clean and well maintained, in the center of Kiruna. Nice breakfast. Interesting view of the Kiruna mine. Free parking just outside the door. Fast wifi.”

“Breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. Fantastic view to the mine. Great central position with easy walk to the town and shops. Restaurant was basic but good value.”

“The room was clean and the breakfast was good with fresh vegetables. It was easy to find the hotel when we came by car and we could easily park the car near the hotel entrance. The dinner served at the hotel restaurant was good.”

“Nice view from room. Located next to tourist information center where mine tour bus departs. Good breakfast and dinner. Dinner menu eoth regional dishes like reindeer. Jar of iron ore pellets from local mine used as table decoration at breakfast buffet that included sign warning people that they should not attempt to eat the pellets (priceless)!”

“Stayed here twice during a 2 week period. The renovated rooms are perfect - quite big and modern. The non renovated rooms takes you back a decade or two... Many rooms have a great view of the big mining area. The restaurant "Mommas" has excellent food and the staff are really service minded. I would recommend to pre book a table to avoid waiting times. Great location with 1 min walk to the tourist centre for general information about the area and also the starting point for the guided tour into the big mine. Shopping and other restaurants within 5-10 min walk.”

“I liked the location, in the middle of Kiruna with easy access to swimming pool near by, as well as to playing ground and restaurants. View directly onto the railway with the "malm-tog" and interesting cars on the road, from our room on the 2.floor. perfect with a 7 year old grand-child (boy). Very clean and nice room , too. If you don`t like sound from the street, it is not quite so good. I think it is cosy with a little street-sound. Very nice personell, friendly and helpfull with good abilities in communicating with children.”

“Staff were very helpful and went out of there way to assist. We had to follow up some lost items whilst travelling. The help we got was sensational including the use of the reception phone and finding appropriate numbers. Good sauna. Good breakfast. We were able to leave our luggage in a locked luggage room for 2 weeks without charge, location is excellent”
