“Bed and bathroom were excellent save for at price paid (we had stayed at three other facilities in the past week) one should not have to hear gurgling in the drainpipes. Hand basin has a trap so presume must have come from shower. What do you call and what brand was what appeared to be wool filled mattress protector? This is an excellent addition and I would like one for our bed.”
