“Eerlijk gezegd, we mochten niet inchecken in het hotel. Na een busreis van 3 uren, zagen we bij het uitstappen dat onze bagage niet compleet was. Tablet met geldbeugel, creditkaarten en paspoorten ontbraken en lagen nog in het busstation. Zonder onze passen, niettegenstaande onze reservatie en de mogelijkheid creditkaarten te tonen op naam van boeking. Na enkele uren een taxi (prijskaartje 1400 Rmb)genomen naar ons vorige hotel, waar ze zo vriendelijke waren om ons nog een kamer te geven, het was ondertussen 24.00. De manager liet ons nog liever op straat slapen. Heb al mijn afspraken moeten verplaatsen. Als het geld van onze rekening wordt gehaald,zal ik hier een zaak van maken.in plaats van mensen te helpen, laten ze ze in de kou staan. Wij hebben hier geen woorden voor, dit is beneden alle pijl.
