“The food was very good and the dining room lovely with huge windows overlooking the Firth of Clyde. A spacious and airy Hotel. Very pleasant staff and very helpful. Large garden on to the promenade. Could walk to town in 10 minutes ALONG PROMENADE. Tartan carpets. Large bedroom and en-suite. A little dated. Nice hotel linen on beds. The table and chairs in the very large garden. (Needs a better gardener) Would stay here again.”
