“Breakfast buffet almost empty at 09.15 ("we have had so many guests"). No excuse or attempt to fix!! No air condition. For this price unacceptable. Hotel seams to be "spoiled" and over the top of its lifecycle. Bus loads of Chinese. Have used before for many guests, this is last time (I myself live 5 min from hotel). Kjetil Sandermoen”

“We stayed in the junior suites, which are in a separate building. These are newly-renovated and spotless, but lack a lake or mountain outlook. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The view from the terrace over the Agerisee is lovely.”
