“We had booked a terrace suite but however that place was small and had minor issues so next day frontal staff gave us a free upgrade which was a very nice and big apartment with balcony as we had requested. The staff are brilliantly good. Very helpful and always smiling☺. The young bell boy cum front office manager who came 2 pick us up outside the property was very polite nd accomodating. There are lot of coffee places, bar and restaurants right opposite to the hotel.”
