Important Notice
- Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.<p>Please inform Serra Nova in advance of your expected arrival time. “I got a warm welcome when I arrived, and shown to a spacious room. All information about services was clearly presented in a booklet. I relaxed from the journey in the pool, which was very warm: a pleasant surprise. This guest house is in very peaceful location, so I slept well at night. Spa treatments are offered, and there is also the Banos de los Incas less than 5 minutes walk away. There is an array of street food stalls outside the banos which are very popular, but there are some simple inexpensive restaurants nearby too. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and made my stay that much more enjoyable.”

“IT was peaceful and easy to get in and out of Cajamarca by collectivos. There is a good restaurant , Villa Rica nearby and the hotel will also do good basic food. They have their own private hot spring bath so you don't need to go to the public Banos de Los Incas. The swimming pool is also fed from the hot springs and is lovely too. The staff are delightful and cannot do enough to help though only one of them speaks any English.”
