“+ breakfast is nice; 2 hot meals, cheese, ham, coffee and juice, 3 types of muesli + good location, 5 minute walk from metro; 30 minute walk from Nevski Avenue (another bank of the Neva) + good staff; + no problems with wifi + we arrived early (10 am); our rooms were almost ready and after 10 minutes we could check in, plus you have coffee and cookies at arrival for free :)”

“Good to have coffee and tea available in the breakfast room all the time. Choice of breakfast foods, even though we did not know what some of them were. A very central location, good for walking to attractions.”
“So we had several rooms booked as there were 8 people travelling. First the location 5 mins walk from subway. Easy to find. There is little store across street. Near subway there rare several places to eat including McDonals. I recommend place with traditional Russian food in soviet style interior Soviet Kvartirka located 200 m from subway. Next the place is good 30 mins walk to Vasilevskaya Strelka and if you cross the Neva River you will find Winter Palace - Hermitage. Hotel: the room size is decent; breakfast is included and has oat porridge, toasts with ham and cheese, pancakes or eggs depending on day. We were upgraded to Luks as normal room has some issues. We were coming earlier and I had early check in bonus with booking genius membership. Out of 5 rooms we had only 1 was available from early check in.”
