“It’s a renowned brand name that I trust when travelling. I had less than 24hours stay in Bandung, merely there for business trip. Checked in late and they assist us patiently. We requested for a driver for 3hours after we finished meeting for a short shopping excursion, the driver is a godsend! He drove us around to the places that we wanted to go and shop! We managed to get what we want in a short time excursion. Will definitely stay here again for a longer period. ”

“Very relaxed and safe oasis from the bustle of the city outside the gates. Loved the cleanliness of the facilities including the pool and spa. Staff were amazing, so polite and incredibly helpful - all spoke and understood English very well. Standards were well above standards of other places inhabited during stay in Java.”

“The benefit is only strategic location if you want to get to Lembang. The room is quite old furnished. Tv did not have clear picture at first but it is fixed once we called them. The pool is not really clean and very cold.”
