Late checkout granted on request the day we arrived. Bellhop arrived promptly to take bags down. Complimentary water & tea/coffee maker in room, plus a fridge are great for convenience.”

“Proximity to many areas of Boston. Ease of access to Prudential Centre, Copley Square Mall, and the T. We also checked in early (before 9am) which was phenomenal. Fitness centre and pool were top notch. Exceptional staff friendliness. Concierge Lisa was absolutely paramount in our success during stay. Very informative, and full of great Boston information.”

“I like the coffee maker in my room and normally there is one bottle water for free in the room. When it came the third day of my stay, house keeper gave me three bottles as he/she may believe I love drinking water as well as coffee. It was really thoughtful. Also, check out procedure is very convenient and no matter what time you expect to check out, just one button click on the TV and leave the key on the desk or drop it to the key box in lobby. Really a nice place to stay in Boston. I like it!!!”
