“Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were welcomed to check in by a friendly person who talked to us till we were ready to check in, meanwhile the bell hope had our bags ready to deliver them. Got to our twin room( club) and our bags arrived 2 minutes later, lovely spacious comfortable room with ocean views, most comfortable soft beds in Japan ( most are rock hard). The hotel is enormous but so many private area to sit and talk. The heated pool was wonderful at the end of the day as was sitting at the bar and enjoying a few cocktails/drinks, many restaurants and cafes to try, a little pricey but there is a modestly priced cafe for all meals and is very good. After check out we had 7 hours before our flight, they stored our luggage and offered us the use of all of the amenities till we left, that's what defines true service. Five stars worth the money! Nearby JR railway station to Tokyo station is only 15 minute ride.”
