“The fire alarm went off after 3am and we had to walk down 10 flights of stairs and exit the building. It was cold. Then they let us wait in the second floor lobby until we could head back to our room. When we finally arrived back in our room the alarm was still going off for at least 10 more minutes. I would have given a much higher rating otherwise. The location is excellent and the hotel is clean and modern. I enjoyed the trip otherwise.”

“The location was exactly where I needed to be located. There was a lot of activities going on at the time so there was always something for us to do. The food vendors in the area for the festival were well priced and delicious. The pool as well as the hot tub were lovely. The staff as well as the valet attendants were very helpful throughout our stay.”

“What a depressing and unattractive hotel. It resembles a 1980s era mall in an economically depressed area (which Raleigh isn't). Complete with broken elevators, a Hertz booth as the main lobby attraction, utilitarian tiled floors (like in a bathroom) throughout lobby, and "looks-clean-but-feels-dirty" rooms. "Antibacterial wipes, anybody?"”
