“Desk staff and night manager were spectacular! Large group was residing at hotel during our stay and the hotel was far too small to accommodate their needs. Hotel guests coukdnt swim in pool as it was at capacity with 1/2 of the large group. Desk staff was very apologetic for the inconveniences and tried to compensate.”
