“The general outlook of the hotel is breathtaking. Though our room had dusty areas but,the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The curtains blocked off the sun making the room as dark as night.”

“The rooms were nice just some of them are stuffy. The carpets in the hallway and room should be upgraded and it would be nice if all rooms smelt and were as nicely cleaned as the lobby. Rooms were clean but not to perfection I still had to do some of my own cleaning not not heavy. Was relocated to a different room closer to the front. Because no matter what floor you are on the furthur you get down the hall the smell gets worst. The staff are freindly and will accommodate you if you are having any issues. Upgrades are definitely needed for it to be a sheraton. Housekeeping need to clean alot better. When i did move to a room that didnt have that much of a smell there was still a dead bug on my shower curtain however I didnt see any crawling around during my stay.”
