“The property is very central. In fact, we like Granbell Hotel so much that we were staying in Kyoto Granbell Hotel when we were in Kyoto. Both hotels allowed us to send our 4 luggages for them to keep upon our arrival. ”
“Loved the layout of the room and how close the accommodation was to pretty much everything”
“This is a great hotel in a perfect location, close to the station. It is 'boutique' style, great decor, and although the rooms are tiny (typical Japan!) they are fitted with everything you need and decorated in a modern style. Super comfortable. Breakfasts were great too.”
“Excellent location in the quiet part of Shibuya but rooms, especially carpets, are not clean. Shameful. Breakfast is bad. Staff are as helpful as they can. Some rooms have very good mattresses, other rooms offer king size bed of very poor quality (sofa bed type) - i mean, for the amount of money you are paying. To sum it up: Very disappointing.”
“Infused with cool design sensibilities and just a 4 min walk to Shibuya station”
“In a good location, close to the station. Rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast was good though would recommend the traditional Japanese breakfast - the french toast portion is very small.”
“very close to the station, some good little food areas right next door. about a 5min walk from all the action. Rooms are modern, breaky is good.”
“The location was superb, a quick walk to Shibuya crossing and an area we would easily permanently reside in. The room was a comfortable size for a Japanese hotel. The restaurants around the area are amazing. It is a modern hotel that feels safe and clean. We will definitely return to this hotel!”
“The location of the property was fantastic. Extremely central. The room had a very cool design. The size was compact but it was very clean and suitable for a solo traveler. The restaurant downstairs was really good!”
“The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decorated with some style and character. Staff were helpful.”
