“Single beds twin share very comfy, half Japanese/Western style room, quality yucata, huge bath tub with branded bathroom accessories. From checkin to checkout, service was seamless despite language barrier, dinner & breakfast were special, coffee in the spacey reception area was pleasant. Our room looked out towards the lake which you could see beyond the trees. Ambience was pleasant.”

“I took the private onsen that cost a little more. There are public onsen within the hotel. The view from my private onsen is very boring, like in your backyard. To have the lake view, it cost alot more. Nevertheless it was a wonderful experience. The dinner was fantastic, traditional japanese meal. The hotel provide private transport from Chitose JR station free, although there is a airport limo bus that pick from the New Chitose Airport (1050yen/pax). The bus depot is only 30m from the hotel.”

“Location by the lake. Free shuttle bus to/from Chitose train station. Room - large, clean; but ask for lake view. Free coffee and tea all day. The hot spring baths were okay but had nice amenities. Great comfy beds. En suite Bathroom was clean and had a huge tub (but didn't use it). Great friendly staff. Most of all, gorgeous location with snow-capped panoramic mountain views beyond Lake Shikotsu.”
“I told the staff I dont eat fish, they changed the menu from fish to crab, very good. The staff are good service and an English speaker make communications much easier. location is good just very close to the park, beautiful view”
“Nice relaxing hotel, beautiful onsen and fantastic decoration in the bedrooms and restaurand (good kaiseki dinner). Hotel in next to the lake, very quiet area. Perfect place to rest and disconnect”
