“We stayed here in November, which I believe is low season for Utoro. The hotel had a few more guests and instead of the buffet (not available, probably because of the low occupancy) we had amazing Japanese meals served every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen has a view over the harbour, though at night you miss it a bit it, the outdoor onsen pool is definitely worth it on a snowy night.”

“Location is great. Bus stop is just 5min walk behind the hotel. There are several nice small restaurants close to hotel. If you walk about 20 min. you can find a nice restaurant serving Hokkaido crab. Our room has good sea view. Room is clean and comfortable. Public onsen facility is nice.”
