- Parking is for registered guests only. Only 1 parking spot is available per room.<br><br>Children under 17 years of age are not allowed to stay in rooms that have 1 single bed. Children are not allowed in all upstairs rooms.<br><br>To cancel or change a reservation the property must be contacted by phone 72 hours prior to the first day of reservation or 14 days prior if booking 3 or more rooms. Advance non-refundable deposits are required when booking 3 to 5 rooms. There are separate cancellation guidelines for group bookings of 6 or more rooms. Please contact property for details.<br><br>Different policies will apply when booking 3 or more rooms.<br><br>A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per each reservation.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
