“Sausage, egg and chips for breakfast - how can you go wrong? :) Pub XIII was great, restaurant was pleasant and the food good. Very reasonably priced. Staff were great.”
“Staff friendly & helpful, facilities including on site bar and restaurant excellent, airport transfers excellent. A great stay at the Shymkent hotel, would highly recommend & a lovely city.”
“Quality hotel, very large room with balconies (3 for some reason, all facing same way), incredibly attentive staff, car service, the hotel bar brews its own wonderful beer. Tourist centre attached to building, most sites within walking distance or very cheap taxi ride. Good wifi”
“Big and central hotel. Nice lobby, elevators, small but cosy, clean and comfortable room! TV, fridge, internet all worked well! Breakfast was normal. Price for the night was very good!”
“This is the great luxury Hotel. It meets all my expectations, and even more. Very high level service, accommodations, good WiFi... everything just perfect, and def. recommend. Thank you for all hospitality.”
“The hotel is a very nice place to relax yourself during a travel in the middle Asia. It offers almost all the comfort one may desire. Staff quite good and they speak good English. Room was very big, clean and comfortable. Position was okay but it could have been more central in the city.”
“The best hotel in Shymkent (Kazakhstan) (I think). Very smart international class business hotel. With presumably a big booking.com discount Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. They sorted out both my day excursion to Turkestan (very impressive) and my overnight bus to Bishkek.”
“Location is pretty satisfying, there're fancy restaurants, supermarket nearby. The decoration of the hotel is really good, bright and clean. The bed is comfortable, bathroom a little bit small but no big deal. The room is big so it's convenient for me to pack my suitcase. The receptionists are super super kind and nice, they can speak English fluently, and help me with the most patient attitude one can imagine. I checked in at around 10 am when no room was available, so they asked me politely to wait in the bar and offered me free juice! Btw, if you want to visit the Otrar relics, arystan bab and asavi mausoleum in one day, you can just turn to the receptionist, they will get you a driver, help you translate for free, also the fee for the trip is quite acceptable, about 26000tg. ”
“Room was very clean staff meet my every need throughout my stay would stay again”
“The hotel is not in the centre of Shymkent, it IS the centre of the city.”
