“The location near the Peace Stupa is great. The Nepali food cooked by the family, much of it from their own organic produce, was excellent. The friendly welcome into their home was the highlight of our trip. Knees and age would have made walking up and down the trails a problem so the location high up was great, allowing us to explore freely the tracks along the ridge in both directions. Getting up and down the rough road is exciting! The guest house arranged a good day tour of Pokhara with a taxi driver, but we were content to spend a few days just up on the mountain with spectacular views across the lake to the Annapurna range.”
