- Please note, the property is currently undergoing refurbishments until November 2017. Works will take place between 08:30 and 17:30 from Monday to Friday.<br><br>Additional policies and supplements apply to stays of 7 nights or more and group reservations. In the above circumstances, 1 night's non-refundable deposit will be taken in advance of stay.<br><br>Please add all guests names to the booking.<br><br>The card and cardholder must be present upon arrival with ID for verification.<br>If the credit/debit card cannot be produced, alternatively a second payment can be made at check-in by a different method and the original card will be refunded.<br><br>If the card and cardholder will not be present, or if the cardholder has made the reservation on behalf of someone else, the hotel will require the following:<br>- Signed written authorisation.<br>- Copy of front & back of card.<br>- Copy of cardholder's ID<br><br>A fine of GBP 150 will be imposed on any guest who smokes on the hotel premises.<br><br>Sidney Hotel London-Victoria does not accept Virtual Cards as a method of payment.<br><br>When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “Convenience of location. The hotel was within walking distance of Victoria station which has a rail link to Gatwick airport. My room was clean and comfortable , breakfast was good with plenty of choice and staff were friendly.”
“3rd time returning guest, having stayed at this hotel twice before I was given a free complimentary upgrade to a refurbished family room , the room was lovely still smelt of the fresh paint .the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but it didn’t have any negative effects on our stay , all staff were lovely especially the barman who remembered us from our last stay in January this year , hotel is in a great location and when I return to London again I will be returning to this hotel , it’s in an area I feel safe in , thanks for another lovely stay ”
