“Great staff: reception, restaurant, cleaning staff - all really helpful. Reception staff in particular had great English also. Fantastic location: we parked the car for four days and used the metro all the time. It is literally 2 mins walk, frequent service, 15 minutes into town. Really clean: room serviced and towels replaced daily. We used public parking on the street below our room: free and we had no problems. Excellent breakfast. Great to have a fridge. We didn't use anything from the mini bar but we did use the fridge.”

“A modern hotel, close to the motorway, so easy access by car. Also, good underground parking, but it does cost €11 a day. Rooms are large and reasonably well furnished - only downside was our carpet needed replacing. Good to have a minibar fridge. Wifi worked well in the room. Staff speak good English and are most courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The hotel was very clean everywhere. Pity the garden area was closed since it was hot when we visited.Location is great for getting in to central Madrid since the Metro is only 100m away. Large Carrefour near the Metro station and plenty of restaurants nearby. A string of reasonably priced restaurants frequented by locals behind the hotel.Overall, a really good stay.”
