“The people in the desk were really helpful. The hotel is placed in one of the main streets heading to the city center. It's located between 2 tramway stops and you can reach the center in 3 stops. You can even walk to the Grand Bazaar as it's 5 minutes walking. Some supermarkets can be found nearby.”
“The staff tried their best to put back my cable TV connection but failed even afterfour attempts on two separate days. I had no cable TV for those days. This is bad for management not to have maintainance quick repair.but the frint desk staff on duty tried their best even sending other staff from the restaurant to try to connect my cable TV line. Location is ok. VelI and the reservation manager and the waiter on the 5th flor restaurant are helpful. Location is just walking distance to center of sultanhmet which has blue mosque;hagia Sophia,blue mosque, Grand bazaar and basilica cistern as touristic sites. They let us have late check out and locked our bags in a cabinet for us to pick up later after we did some more tour after check out”
“Location was superb. Hotel staff was co-operative. Walking distance to Grand Bazaar. Mr Veil/Veli was very good and smart person. Couple of staff were good at English which made our life less miserable.Hotel provided room for exended check out due to unwell child and stored our luggage in concierge. They also arranged a taxi and helped to sort out luggage. Thank you.”
“Excellent staff, very friendly and always go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Top marks to Veli at the front desk also there to help. Spa is excellent and would definitely recommend it at the hotel. Very good Excellent location and 2 min walk to the Grand Bazar. Many shops and restaurants located all within walking distance.”
