“The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel has an intimate feel perhaps due to the two banks of rooms (separate elevators for each). The roof deck bar was a nice place to relax, however the view is just adequate. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.”
“Everything was perfect! The bed was excellent, slept like a baby. =) Staff gets 10of10 points, always provided us with taxi and helped with necessary info. Lobby bar was also good. At night a small bar "Botequim" works in 1 min walk. Enjoy ur stay!”

“The two Rafaels (staff) were extraordinarily helpful! The hotel offers very reasonable valet parking, a rarity in a congested city. It's in a great location near Four Seasons, a little quieter but close to everything. Lovely room. A bit dated - but quite comfortable.”

“Clean, spacious accommodations. Comfortable walking distance to tourist areas. We liked the 6th floor outdoor bar and the breakfast area on main floor, both with very helpful staff. A good place to make the adjustment in time zones before heading out to explore Portugal.”
