“The room and bathroom were clean. The bed comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful.”
“AC didn't work. 88 degrees outside. Breakfast coffee was cold. Not even warm. Reserved a room 11 days in advance and after agreeing to reservation found how you couldn't cancel after 21 days of booking. Why not just say no cancellation at all. Don't have much luck with booking .com or second rate hotels.”
