“My husband and I always stay here when we visit his family in Patterson, LA but this stay was horrible. At check in they would not allow him to check in the room because my name was on the reservation and this had been done numerous times before. The room was not clean because they have formed a three day clean room policy, meaning they only clean your room every third day, which is disgusting. We had to go and ask for towels because we did not know they did not clean your room every day. I will not be staying here again because when you stay in a hotel, you expect the trash to be taken out each day and fresh towels each day. I was not satisfied at all. Drive the 5-10 miles over the bridge to Morgan City to stay at another hotel.”

“Room was modern with micro/fridge/coffee, hair dryer, iron and board. Multiple pillows is greatly appreciated. Mattress more comfortable than most. Air conditioner was more than adequate for the climate. Complimentary breakfast was good.”
