“The staff was wonderful, they attempted to change our rooms to a room that didn’t smell like mold but I think the property on the whole has a problem. The smell was everywhere from the rooms to the spa. But they were gracious and kind. Hichman was our concierge and he was so wonderful and wanted to make sure we were happy. They even gave us complimentary massages but nothing could fix the smell. They also arranged a car service to the airport and he was excellent which was 70 euros. The restaurant food was very good. The boutique was also very nice and reasonably priced. I think the restaurant manager’s name was Kenza—she was also lovely.”
