“The Sofitel is need of an update to bring it up to 5 star. I think it is obvious in the rooms. The outside balcony had table and chairs that you'd find in a basic hotel. The bathroom decor is dated. The staff were friendly and helpful but alone cannot make a stay memorable.”

“the room was cold and smelt musty. the room staff kept turning the aircon down low, we kept turning it up. We chose a larger room as described only to find it had a larger hallway. since staying there i have been receiving constant phone calls from ACCOR resorts wanting to sell time share. not sure if connected but disappointing if it is.”
