“早餐很棒，套餐式的點餐方式，套餐供應紅茶&咖啡，但如有小朋友要另外點果汁，建議設計兒童餐點或另供應簡易果汁。 當晚為了調整小朋友的位置而移動枕頭，竟在枕頭下發現使用過的絲襪，當下立即聯絡櫃枱，並將髒物交給當班主管，主管只是驚訝的表示抱歉，隔日退房櫃枱人員也無道歉或是反應如何改善，讓我聯想是否連床罩都沒換。環境及早餐很棒，但是這件事真的大扣分”
