“I particularly liked the location of the hotel which is set in the centre near the church and the park. However, to enjoy the location you have to pay extra for a room with a balcony.”
“Breakfasts were fine, the room was very clean :-) For us maybe the beds were a bit too narrow (and we are slim people). When we booked the room, it was said that there would be large double bed, but it was too single beds put together (with the gap between), so not very comfortable. However, the mattress was high, so the beds will be comfy for those who cannot get up easily :-)”
“Perfect location- walking distance to the city centre, good breakfast, you have swimming pool and sauna in the hotel and for 100 CZK/person/hour also a salt cave. Nice place for relax in any weather. Very helpful staff.”

“Nově zrenovovaný hotel v samém centru Františkových lázní s vlastním parkovištěm. Velice pohodlná postel, klid na pokoji. Snídaně s bohatým výběrem, bohužel personál nestačil doplňovat nabídku, doporučuji si přivstat.”
“Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni, jen bazén mohl být trošku teplejší a sauna méně vytopená 92°C je dost 😃”
“Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen. Bei Fragen konnten alle gut weiterhelfen. Außer bei Stromausfall, den wir leider bei unserer Anreise hatten ( bedingt durch den Sturm ), da muss das Hotel noch nachbessern. Es sollte in jedem Zimmer eine Nottaschenlampe vorhanden sein. Es war stock finster und man wollte uns keine Kerze oder ähnliches geben. Das gab uns zu denken. Aber als das Licht wieder ging, waren die Probleme gelöst. Die Lage super zentral. Das Hotel gut ausgestattet und modern. Die Betten bequem und die Austattung freundlich und alles vorhanden. Auch das Personal in der Wellnessabteilung war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Verständigungsprobleme gab es keine.”
