- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- All children are welcome.
- All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night for children's cots/cribs.
- All children under 6 years are charged EUR 40 per night for extra beds.
- All further older children or adults are charged EUR 80 per night for extra beds.
- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Important Notice
- Please note that the fitness centre and spa are available from August 2017.<br><br>The wellness centre comes at extra charge of EUR 15 per person. The wellness centre is open from 10:00 until 19:00 and is not allowed to children under 14 years of age.<br><br>Children under 14 years of age can access the indoor pool at extra charge from 12:00 until 14:00 accompanied by parents.<br><br>Please note that extra beds are actually sofa beds.<br><br>On Saturdays, the restaurant should always be booked in advance.<br><br>The indoor pool is heated from September to May.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“Chalet style room with beautiful views and your own terrace. Big walk in rainforest shower. Nice and stylish decor Excellent breakfast with prosecco if you fancy. Mature grounds with enough space around the pool. Staff have a "yes, we can attitude" Award wining bar mixer- try out his cocktails. There is a brilliant restaurant on side buzzing with chic locals. Expect great food and service at a 5 star price.”

“This was the first place we chose to stay for longer while being on our 3 week car trip to Europe. The place instantly set higher standard for the next stays. As the SPA was temporarely out of order we were upgraded to a room with a better view. We didn't miss the SPA as there is a big pool and access to the beach of the lake. Car parking is free, great restaurant on the premises. Great breakfast and a friendly owner who kept an eye on the place. The guy had another restaurant about 1km the opposite direction to the city and that was great as well.”
