The staff who looked after our room were always quiet and friendly as they went about their duties, in the bar staff like Domingo were helpful and friendly. At night it was always quiet when trying to sleep, the other guests were polite and friendly. Always enjoyed a quiet coffee after dinner in the pleasant area at front of reception.”
“The jungle area inside the hotel reception is very calming as is the sound and sight of running water. The greenery effectively camouflages the bedroom doors and walkways. The water and plants are beautifully lit at night. There are also comfortable settees in which to relax. All staff were very friendly and most helpful. They went out of their way to make you feel special and ensure you had a good holiday. The buffet style meals were tasty, well cooked and beautifully presented. We enjoyed using the pool though it was difficult to find enough shade as the current slatted canopies don't give enough protection from the strong sun. The activities were very enjoyable and we were made to feel very welcome. The organisers were good fun and have a great sense of humour!!!”
