“Hotel staff was EXCELLENT.....Gracious, helpful and accomodating in all ways. Room was spacious and Beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained.”
“Staff was absolutely amazing! Very kind and went out of their way to help me. Traveling with four kids and i needed extra bed and sheets. The bedsheets were sent up to my room right away. TV stopped working and handy man arrived promptly. There were cookies in lobby that I wanted but I waited until after dinner and unfortunately the cookies were gone. A nice gentleman who was cleaning the floor saw my sad face and told me there would be more in about 15 minutes. I went upstairs with my family and we were getting settled when we received a call from hotel phone. The phone call was a hotel staff member letting me know there were hot fresh cookies in the lobby. The valet people were extremely nice.”
“We had a 2 Queen bed room which was a nice size but a quirky layout. The valets were very personable and courteous”
“Breakfast was a lot better than I expected it would be! Everyone was very helpful the only issue I had was parking”
“Location - walking distance to restaurants amd Beale Street. We had a balcony and it was nice to sit out and watch Main Street. It was very quiet and peaceful.”
“Really helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Good breakfast.”
“Breakfast was limited. I was expecting more hot food items like Grits ready to serve. I felt there was too many choices of Breads. There were English Muffins, Croissants, Biscuits, By the time I arrived Sunday morning, there was just enough eggs and sausage to go in two bowls for my wife & I. The selection of Juices, fruits, and yogurts was appreciated. I know it's a little slower pace on the weekdays, but I being a leisurely traveler could have enjoyed my weekday breakfast more if the serving time was extended thirty minutes.”
“Sarah responded to our request for a quieter room - really appreciated it.”
“Staff was wonderful - very accommodating and helpful!”
“Many restaurants nearby. Area appeared safe to walk at night.”
