“Very helpful & pleasant staff, but our room #200 could use a deep cleaning. Carpet around the baseboards & bathroom were thick with dust. I am sure this is a high-traffic family hotel for UAB patients, but even the breakfast area could use some deep cleaning. I also thought it was odd not having any "Do not Disturb" signs for the door. None. Convenient location and nice breakfast. Absolutely loved riding the green ZYP bikes all around the area. You must try them when you are in Downtown Birmingham!”
