“Dieter Vandeputte, the general manager was the best! He troubleshot and gave us an upgrade based on our lengthy stay. He is the most multi-talented GM I have ever met. Ask him anything, he will do it. I asked him to mail an envelope by DHL, as it only works with credit card, he had used his private card. He is that kind of person, a real problem solver, not somebody looking for excuses. He really made our stay pleasant and has become the motivation for us to want to come back.”
