“The property is rather dated, however, I have to say the staff are just excellent and so helpful and my room was an en-suite. The bedding was spotless and comfy - the room in general was really satisfactory and for the price - it felt real value for money. Also, parking is no problem and the hotel is in its own grounds which means it's quite and not too busy. This was a real value for money hotel and I would definitely stay there again.!!”
“Beautiful old vintage place to stay. Not horrible cold and too modern. A lovely warm family feel. Staff can't be helpfull enough they are all so polite and kind and friendly. Didn't have much food but what we had was amazing. Really can't rate the place enough if you want a hime from home hotel this is the place.”

“Helpful staff who provided a room heater as cleaning staff had left the window open when they had serviced the room before we arrived. The hotel has a museum to the Canadian Forces from WW2 which was very interesting for both me and my partner. They were very accommodating for our pet and made a huge fuss of him. We were able to eat in the bar area and have our dog with us. The area around the hotel had plenty of grassy space for our dog to enjoy and we loved watching the rabbits playing outside from our bedroom window. Although the airport is virtually next door to the hotel it was never intrusive. We will definitely be going back.”
