“Hi, Since 18months ago I have been reliant on two crutches . This alone is a challenge when needing to carry anything down to a cup of tea/wine !!! I have stayed at St Leonard's Hotel before and I felt confident that the staff would help me. From arrival to leaving, the staff (all) were only to happy to help me. They helped with my bags and made me a lovely cup of tea and lemon drizzle cake when I arrived. The following morning I had breakfast in my room in and on leaving a lovely young man helped with my luggage from my room and into the car. I wrote a note to the "Team" to thank them all. It was a sheer delight to be Looked after and without asking. I was so very grateful. Thank you.”
