“A traditional hotel with a lovely old bar. Our room was surprisingly large and very spacious for the three of us. The en-suite had a good size walk in shower too. The stairs up to our room were very querky if a little steep, but it all adds to the character. Our room overlooked the market street at the front of the hotel, with a view of the Cathedral. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, as the Dutch always do. Along with other hotels and restaurants on the street the Hotel De Klok had a plenty of tables and chairs outside. We arrived too early to check in but we could leave our bags and relax. We just sat outside and enjoyed a tasty lunch and cool refreshing beers.”
