“Lovely hotel great meal in the restaurant and easy to get to from Heathrow”
“My mother (81) stayed at the hotel last weekend visiting relatives. She had a bad fall face first into the rd and luckily avoided being hit by a car. She wanted to send massive thanks to Hotel staff who could not do enough to help her during her stay, and the kind motorists who lifted her off the rd and called for the ambulance.Everyone was so kind to her. She has a ferocious shiner and a badly broken thumb. She has stayed here at hotel a few times, finds it lovely and convenient, can't say enough good things about them. Thankyou.”

“The service was exceptional. Asked for a Prosecco at the bar and my partner ordered a beer. They opened the bottle, poured a little and asked if it was satisfactory. I said yes and then when we were going to pay he had charged us for a whole bottle. When he realised that was not what we expected he gave the glass free and then added the bottle too.!”
“Since discovering this little gem I have been staying here on a regular basis for my visits to our company office. Literally 10 minutes drive the location is perfect. Food is excellent and the staff are always warm and friendly. I discovered I had been given a room upgrade on my most recent stay with was a lovely surprise!! This is now my 'go to' hotel!”

“This property is well located for car rental return to Heathrow. Nice parking lot that is off the street and safe. The bed was comfortable and the overall facility seemed first class. One of the employees, a young Polish gentleman, took great pains to be helpful and agreeable.”
“Can't fault this place. Easy parking, easy check in, hotel not too big so all in easy reach - bar, restaurant and rooms. Very clean and comfortable with little luxuries as needed. Food was excellent - much better than some very expensive hotels. Superb value for money and all pleasant staff with a good sense of humour too.”

“The staff in the kitchen-bar area were very kind and well-trained---they frequently offered to help or bring me an item from the bar when they saw me sitting in a corner of the lounge by the kitchen door in the ONLY spot that would receive my wall plug adapter so I could use the internet. (No wi-fi in the room!!). The receptionist was very sympathetic though as I expressed by shock over what I had just paid for the taxi. She and her companion had a nice cold glass of water brought to me which they said I could take up to the room. The hotel is attractive, clean and the staff well-trained, but for me, personally, the experience was a disaster.”
