“The resort was excellent the rooms were the best that we stayed in so far the staff was great the pools were excellent the karaoke was great. The only thing I had a problem with was checking. They could not find my reservation. So it took them over 45 minutes to check me in. But it was not their fault it was booking.com fault. So if you book your room through a third-party please make sure they get it together before you check in. But overall my experience at Star Island was amazing.”

“Me and my family loved the appearance of the property driving up. It aroused our anticipation. When we entered the room, it took our breath away. No smoke smelling nor did it have an old smell. The beds smelled and felt cool and clean. Our sheets actually looked as if they were pressed. The shower and the jacuzzi tub were clean and free of hair (believe me, I have seen hair in showers in other resorts). The area outside around our door was clean and free of spider webs and dust (I love that!!!). Star Island made our trip memorable!!!! Thank you!”
