“Got upgraded to I bed suite. Plenty space but tiny bathroom.”
“We had a great stay. Right across the street from Penn station, perfect for our train from Newark. We had been given a 2 bed apartment instead of one double bedroom so this was perfect for our party of 3. House keeping looked after us during our stay, providing extra coffees etc as the room had been set up for 2 people and even changed my pillows to some allergy free ones (I can't do down pillows). No noise from adjoining rooms. Staff were helpful in getting us a taxi to JFK for our return flight, and ensuring we had a fixed price. Also there were single use red plugs in the bedroom drawer (or request them, they are needed) and a decent hairdryer in the drawer in the bathroom.”
“Our room was dated and not really clean. Our heat, tv, and phone were broken. The staff was excellent and were on top of our needs. The rooms were very small and we had a suite with 2 baths. Showers only the size of a closet. Definately not worth the money.”
