“The girls at the desk are amazing - friendly and helpful. This is a mini-hotel in a residential St Petersburg secure building, with a door-lady 24 hours on duty to open the building door buzzer and the hotel itself with a 24 hour staff member to open the mini-hotel door. This is not a generic hotel chain, but rather gives you an authentic feeling of the city in a very secure environment. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and functional. The large rooms are cleaned daily by attentive staff. The breakfast is served to your room at a time nominated by you - you can ask to be served at any time up to midday! Therefore, you don't have to rush to the dining room and can get ready while eating your breakfast. This is a perfect non-stressful way to start the day! The location is central, yet very quiet. I can't think of any better option than this hotel.”
