“The staff of this Hotel is simply amazing! We had some smaller complaints which were taken so absolutely serious that we are totally amazed how they took care of our wishes. Especially Mr. Tak was such a wonderful and friendly host, speaking fantastic english and taking great care of us. We will return for our next visit for sure. The surroundings of the hotel is also very nice and the close connection to the park and the bamboo path is nice”

“Best service ever! They certainly mastered the world of hospitality. The view is spectacular. The park is right behind the hotel and by the river but not too far from the main tourist attractions. We enjoyed the walks and the change of sceneries. The staffs were super helpful and they provide one complimentary taxi ride to anywhere in Kyoto. Our room has a small garden and outdoor hot tub. The hot tub is super clean and we can enjoy the view of the garden while soaking in hot spring water. We also tried both of open air hot spring with extra charge. I will suggest using the stone one during the day and the wood one at night. Both of them are very nice and relaxing. We had the best sleep that night and felt super charged! I have to say it's the best part of my 5 days trip in Kyoto and I will go back to just stay in that hotel. ”
