- Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Important Notice
- As there is no 24-hour reception at the property, please inform the property of your expected arrival time at least 3 days prior to check-in to facilitate the arrangement of your key pick-up/check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.<br><br>A cash deposit of MYR 100 (per bed in dormitory rooms) or MYR 300 (per apartment) (depending on room type) is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.<br>A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

“I arrived to KL from Europe after about 2 days travel, as my flight got cancelled. As a Genius member, I got free early check-in confirmed (2 hours before C/I time), so I took a chance, and tried to get my bed around 11. When I arrived, I was really amazed by the modern building and thought, I went to the wrong address, but thankfully, the receptionist confirmed the Suites, so in 5 minutes I was guided to the "hostel", which is a nice, modern, fully equipped apartment, on 28th floor, whith an amazing view. I was lucky to get a one bunk bedded room, where I was alone, I could use the gym and swimming pool. The staff was really kind, the place was always clean and spotless, and since it was only 3-4 guests, it was not a big problem, that there is only 1 bathroom. I highly recommend the place as it is central location, and great value for price. Thank you Bernice Summer Suites!”
“Travelling Solo? Stay in this place!The location is walking distance to 2 of the best tourist spots in Malaysia (Petronas Twin Tower & Menara Tower). The place is very accessible as it is very near to the Bukit Nanas Train Station. Also, the place itself is very homey. The care taker is very approachable and considerate, as well.
