Requests for airport transportation should be made 48 hours in advance.<br><br>Please note that early check-in is subject to availability of the room, the hotel can offer free check-in after 10 AM, additional charges apply before 10 AM.<br><br>Please note that the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice if the guest&apos;s credit card cannot be pre-authorised. Hotel is allowed to take pre-authorize after the booking specially in peak and exhibition periods.<br><br>Single travelers are welcome, but due to security reasons, only family members can visit their rooms upon presenting an ID at the front desk.<br><br>Please note that an original and valid Emirates ID, passport or GCC ID card must be presented upon check-in.<br><br>Upon check-in guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation. If the credit card&apos;s owner is not present with the guest then the booking is required to be paid by cash.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>A damage deposit of AED 200 is required upon arrival. That&apos;s about 40.41GBP. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.</p>
