“This is one of the best lakefront locations at Lake Tahoe. Sunnyside is a classic lodge with a great restaurant. We have a second home close by, but it was rented for the week. So we decided to treat ourselves to one of the lakefront rooms with the complete view. While, we have been coming here for many years, we never tire of this place. Love the recent upgrades! New linens and comfortable pillows on the beds, air conditioning and upgraded bathrooms. The lodge provides Peet's coffee, fresh pastries, cereals, fresh fruit and an egg soufflee in the morning to get you powered up for a day of boating and/or swimming in the lake. Chocolate chip cookies are provided in the afternoon as you head in for your power nap before going back out in the evening. The west shore is the best shore at Lake Tahoe, and Sunnyside has it all.”
