A fee may result if evidence of smoking in a room is discovered.<br><br>Damage policy: Damage to the Property, including Guest rooms, linens, fixtures, furnishings, artwork or décor will result in a fee for the replacement value or necessary cleaning.<br><br>Lost and Found policy: All lost and found items are stored by our Housekeeping department and may be shipped to the guest at the guest’s expense. Items will be kept for a period of 30 days and then be disposed of or given to charity.<br><br>Late Check out Policy: Late checkout may incur additional fees.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
