“Very helpful staff. You can buy there a ticket to koh tao (taxi,bus,ferry) in a very good price. We left camera in our room and staff was so nice that they took it to train station and gave us, because they wanted to help us in our trip. Very reliable people.”

“We stayed here for one night before getting the boat to koh Tao. We booked our boat tickets with them, and they gave us a morning wake up call. Staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean. Nearby was a cool outside bar with a live band, looked like they served great Thai food too! Free tea coffee and biscuits in the morning even at 5.30am!”

“Bed very comfy as it's hard and wifi excellent. Within walking distance from the train station, so don't pay for a taxi, and minibus station for a ride to Ranong. If you are crossing to Koh Tao et al then Songserm Ferry will pick you up from the hotel free of charge, and there's free coffe and snacks in the foyer at that time of the morning. The night market street is just round the corner too so there's plenty of street food.”
“Free water and snack for breakfast. Helpful staff, although English wasn't great. Close to food, shops and the train station. Good place to stay when waiting to boat out to Koh Tao. Took the day train from Bangkok, night in Chumphon and boat out in the morning. Staff booked our boat trip including free transit to the harbour.”
